Many organizations and ministries begin with a pure purpose: to lift up Jesus, to refuse compromise, and to honor the anointing and power of God. The foundational belief is often that if the uncompromised Word is preached and the supernatural is embraced, growth will automatically follow. However, even when the spiritual atmosphere is vibrant, growth can eventually stagnate. The missing component in moving from a plateau into sustained, explosive growth is often the implementation of strict, biblical leadership.

Secular or corporate leadership strategies often yield results precisely because their foundational principles are rooted in biblical truths. However, true spiritual victory and organizational multiplication require an administration specifically designed to uphold the supernatural flow of God.
To achieve and sustain this growth, believers and leaders must master four essential keys.
The Kingdom of God is fundamentally a kingdom of increase. Stagnation is never the divine will. If an organization or individual is not moving forward, they are ultimately moving backward, allowing the natural corruption of the world to break down what has already been built.
To overcome stagnation, there must be a profound, spiritual revelation of God-level increase. This is not mere natural ambition; it is aligning with the very nature of God.
“There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace…” (Isaiah 9:7, NASB1995)
From the earliest commands given to humanity to be fruitful and multiply (Genesis 1:28) to the life of Jesus, who kept increasing in wisdom and stature (Luke 2:52), the scriptural mandate is clear. The early church constantly multiplied when the Word of God spread and the Holy Spirit was allowed to move (Acts 6:7, Acts 9:31).
God gives the increase, and He desires believers to experience abundance in their faith, influence, finances, and anointing. Recognizing that God commands and provides this continuous growth is the first step in breaking out of complacency.
A revelation of increase naturally breeds an unsettling realization: sitting still is no longer an option. Growth is simply increase, and growth without change is impossible.
Human nature naturally resists or merely tolerates change because it requires effort, learning, and stepping out of comfort zones. However, resisting change stifles the flow of the anointing and halts the increase that God intends to bring. To run the race effectively, organizations must cultivate a culture that embraces change.
This requires a deliberate resolve. When the Holy Spirit leads a shift in direction or structure, leaders must be prepared to adjust their methods without compromising the Word. Embracing change ensures that the atmosphere remains dynamic, drawing in those who are hungry for the presence and movement of God.
A desire for revival and massive growth must be matched by the capacity to sustain it. Revival is inherently messy and requires logistical and structural support.
“with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times, that is, the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth.” (Ephesians 1:10, NASB1995)
An “administration suitable to the fullness” means possessing the physical leadership and organizational structure capable of supporting the full weight of God’s glory and anointing. Every spiritual victory recorded in scripture relies on a partnership between the supernatural power of God and earthly administration. Just as Aaron and Hur physically supported Moses’ hands to secure a spiritual victory (Exodus 17), earthly structures must be built to uphold spiritual mandates.
When biblical leadership is applied, multiplication follows. This involves learning the scriptural processes of delegation, duplicating effective systems, and raising up others to carry the vision. As an organization scales, those at the helm must transition from managing every detail to empowering teams, equipping the saints, and releasing vision.
The greatest trap in leadership is the “arrival mentality.” Many will seek out training, apply biblical principles, experience a season of rapid growth, and then stop learning. The moment the growth in leadership ceases, the growth of the organization halts.
“And let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary.” (Galatians 6:9, NASB1995)
A sustained growth mindset means understanding that there is always more to learn. It requires digging continually into the Word, studying the leadership of Jesus, and remaining teachable. God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6), which means pursuing excellence and increase over long periods without growing weary.
Walking in the fullness of destiny requires refusing to settle for the status quo. By capturing a revelation of God’s desire for increase, resolving to embrace necessary change, implementing sound biblical administration, and completely rejecting an arrival mentality, believers position their organizations to carry the profound weight of God’s power. Stagnation is broken, and an era of unhindered, supernatural multiplication begins.
